Welcome to my Web Site. I have been granted a judicial review to challenge the General Medical Council's guideline regarding the Withholding of Artificial Feeding and Hydration for the purpose of ending life.

On 30 July 2004, judgement was ruled in my favour.

On 30 September 2004 the GMC filed an appeal which was heard on 16th May 2005.

On 28 July 2005 the judgement of the appeal ruled against my favour

In December 2005 - House of Lords Appeal. The Lords decided not to hear the case.

On 17 May 2006 I lodged an Appeat at the European Court of Human Rights.
